DEFFECTIVE PRODUCT:
- All
TOOL CACHE products have a lifetime guarantee and all defective
tools should be immediately replaced for the customer at no
charge.
- Contact head office at 905 430 6433.
- Fax the list of returns
to (905) 430-9374.
- An RGA number must be obtained
for credit or product replacement.
- Instructions
to either DESTROY or RETURN the product will be issued.
- Ship
PPD to: See Slow Moving Inventory.
